We support participants and families across Melbourne and surrounding suburbs, including Melbourne CBD, Northern Suburbs, Western Suburbs, Eastern Suburbs and South Eastern Suburbs.
Yes. We take a person centred approach and work with you to understand your routines, preferences, goals and the type of support that best fits your everyday life.
Supported Independent Living can provide assistance with everyday tasks and routines while helping you build confidence and greater independence in your living environment.
In Home Support and Personal Care may include assistance with personal routines, everyday household tasks and practical support designed to help you feel comfortable and confident at home.
Community Participation support helps participants take part in social activities, community events and everyday experiences that encourage connection, confidence and greater independence.
Yes. Our After School Programs are designed to provide safe, engaging and supportive activities that can encourage learning, social connection, confidence and practical life skills.
